WHAT IN THE KALE!?!?

What in the KALE is going on here? I'll tell you what. Kale and lettuce are the only things growing in my garden. Lucky for me, kale is a superfood! AND it blends easily into smoothies.

Why Kale? Read on, player.

I can't get the KALE outta my mind because it packs in more nutrition than practically any other whole food.  I've  got to bag it up!

It's very low-key, but a cup and some comes with 14% of your daily calcium, 659% of daily vitamin A and more than 900% of your daily vitamin K! The vibrant green should clue you in about just how nutrient-dense it is.  You've got to bag it up!

Cooked kale offers more iron per ounce than beef.  But some of its nutrients are a bit difficult for the body to absorb, so just make sure to pair it with a fat to get the most out of them. That's why it's perfect to add a little extra to your "Daily Dose of Dense Nutrition."

You don't have to add anything to your Shakeology at all.  I do--so I can sneak in an extra serving of veggies each day.  Did you know that Shakeology packs up to 18 grams of protein and vital complex carbs in every serving. Plus it delivers whole-food nutrition from some of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet that are stocked with essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals and more than 20 different antioxidants, enzymes and phytonutrients

Together this synergistic blend provides healthy calories (=energy) around. A few individual ingredients in Shakeology that can help boost energy include:
• Chia meal (seed): Supports energy endurance with omega-3 and -6 fats, protein, fiber, and essential trace minerals. It helps support high-energy endurance.

• Maca Powder (root): Known for its ability to help increase stamina and energy levels.

• Kamut Grass: Promotes high energy with protein, vitamins, and complex carbohydrates.
It's blowing my mind and maybe in time, you can try some too?
Kale is in full effect.
Chia's in full effect.
Maca's in full effect.
Kamut's in full effect.
