Sunday Sweat


Warm up for 2 minutes (jumping jacks, run in place, waive your hands in the air like you just don't care)

Do the exercises and repeat them 4 times. (4 x 4 = 16 minutes)
Go hard!

Stop and cool down with some stretches and walking around. Catch your breath! Smile.
